Post-emergent broadleaf herbicide

Blitz

  • Surprisingly gentle to all cool- and warm-season turfs

  • One shot to kill 150 broadleaf weeds, more than any other broadleaf products

  • Easier inventory management

Blitz combines the best chemistry in a post-emergent broadleaf herbicide to tackle this largest group of weeds. Blitz controls approximately 161 broadleaf weeds, more than any other product of its kind, owing to its well-designed chemistry “keys" that seamlessly fit into weeds’ "locks". This powerful "lock-and-key" interaction results in weeds that are visibly poisoned in 1-3 days, and total kill in 10-14 days. Blitz is also surprisingly gentle to turfs owing to this strong yet highly targeted mode of action.

Blitz’s safety to both warm- and cool-season turfs, in addition to its unmatched broad-spectrum efficacy, would otherwise require separate applications of 4-5 different broadleaf herbicides. Superior safety and control, easy inventory management, and significant savings in time and labor is why golf superintendents switch to Blitz for all of their broadleaf control needs.

  • Do not mow turfgrass 2 days prior to application and 2 days after application.

  • Apply on a sunny day with temperatures between 65 – 90°F.

  • Ensure entire weed leaf and stem surfaces are sprayed.

  • Do not water within 24 hours after application.

  • For best results, apply during weed growing stage.
