Kommand is a selective, post grass herbicide that brings an unrivaled experience and rises to the challenges of crabgrass control where current market leaders have failed to deliver.
First, Kommand is the only product on the market that can eradicate crabgrass at any tiller stage with only one application in both warm- and cool-season turfs – including both of the most popular turf types, Seashore paspalum and Bermuda – fulfilling a broad range of basic yet widespread needs unmet by Drive® XLR8, Acclaim® Extra, and Tenacity® which are either unsafe or ineffective on the whole. For example, in Seashore paspalum, Acclaim® Extra and Tenacity® are unsafe to apply, while Drive® XLR8 requires reduced rates for turf safety that result in unreliable control.¹ And in Bermudagrass, only Drive® XLR8 can be safely applied but is ineffective beyond 1-tiller stage.² Further, these products all require multiple applications³ to treat crabgrass at 1+ tiller stages yet final results remain unpredictable.
Second, Kommand features a unique, dual-purpose pre-emergent capability that prevents further crabgrass germination to any treated areas, which is particularly valuable for months-long crabgrass seasons.
Third, Kommand's weed control spectrum extends well beyond crabgrass to safely and completely control ~94 other weeds in both season turfs.
Finally, and most surprisingly, unlike other products on the market hindered by widespread crabgrass resistance, Kommand successfully controls both natural and resistant biotypes with ease.

-
2 bottles/15-L of water/150-200 sq. meters. (Dissolve and mix well bottle contents in 15-L of water in sprayer. The solution can be used to treat 150-200 square meters.)
-
Do not mow the turfgrass 2 days prior to application and 2 days after application.
-
Ensure entire weed leaf and stem surfaces are sprayed.
-
Do not water within 24 hours after application.
-
For best results, apply during weed growing stage.
Note:
For warm-season turfs, apply at temperatures between 75-90°F.
For cool-season turfs, apply at temperatures between 75-85°F.
For creeping bentgrass, 2 applications may be required at 14 days apart. For all other turfs, only one application is generally needed.
